The red flags that we miss when dating are usually from a subconcious comfort zone we have that is no longer longer serving us.
A basic tool for noticing red flags is knowing how you feel. Our body’s hold our feelings and inner guidance. our inner guidance (or soul) will always guide us to our truth which helps us see red flags and can be Accessed through meditation.
Perhaps you are feeling triggered by a behavior or a communication effort on a date or from your partner and it’s hard to get down to a clear understanding of the emotion your feeling.
This is likely because you have a belief that once served you earlier on in life and it is no longer serving you when in a romanitc relationship.
What I want you to know is that you can reprogram the beliefs you hold today that are holding you back from attracting the loving relationship your heart desires.
